SecureIT, Password Genie & FileHopper will be discontinued December 31, 2025
Evertek, NET Broadband and TCA will be discontinuing SecureIT, Password Genie & FileHopper effective December 31, 2025, and all the complementary and underlying products in the TechShield, TechShield Professional, Tech Home, and Tech Office security suites.
Why are these products going away?
Our supplier of these products, NRTC, made this very difficult decision to discontinue the security suites due to the availability of many solid competitive solutions, the general decline in utilization of the software and their commitment to strengthen other managed solutions and develop new solutions to solve customer needs.
